Terms of use

Updated 3 August 2026

Beta

The program is in beta. That means it has bugs, individual features may work unevenly or change, and now and then they may be switched off for a while.

We say this plainly rather than in small print: if you need something dependable right now, wait until the beta is over.

What we promise

Not to listen to your conversations and not to use what you say to train models.

Not to send more to the server than the work requires.

To warn you in advance if any of this changes.

What we do not promise

That the assistant will get everything right. It makes mistakes: mishears, clicks the wrong thing, writes in the wrong place. Check what it does on your behalf - messages to people above all.

That the service will be available without interruption. Processing runs through third-party providers, and they do fail.

How you may not use it

Recording people without their knowledge, where the law of your country does not allow it.

Automating what the rules of those very programs forbid. Some services ban accounts for it, and it is you who will answer for that.

Working around the program's limits, including the refusal of destructive commands.

Payment

The service currently takes no payment at all: neither one-off nor by subscription. The prices on the pricing page are the ones the service will run on after the beta, not a bill anybody will send you today.

The terms of payment and refunds will be published here before we switch payment on.

Dictation on the local model is free and will stay that way. An account is still needed to use the program - see the install section.

Changes

We may change these terms. We will warn you inside the program in advance about anything substantial, not after the fact.
